It’s time to get rid of that obnoxious little black bar that looks like a little plastic tab that sits in the bottom right corner of the phone screen, or at least, that’s how the folks at Samsung seem to think about it.
The company recently introduced a new Touch Screen Keyboard that can be used to type text, as well as control other apps like YouTube and Netflix.
The keyboard works with the Touch Screen Display, so the first thing you need to do is turn on the keyboard, then tap the icon in the upper right corner.
You’ll then see a “Smart Keyboard” menu, which you can tap to launch it.
From here, you can customize it for you device, or simply swipe to select which apps you want to control, and then select “Touch Screen Keyboard” from the menu.
As you can see, Samsung’s new keyboard can now control pretty much everything on your Android device, including your phone’s display.
In fact, you’ll probably want to use this keyboard a lot, because it’ll let you control a number of different apps, from Spotify to YouTube, and all without having to open a separate app.
The thing that stands out is that Samsung’s keyboard also works with third-party apps, and you can add your own to add your voice to the keyboard as well.
We’re not quite ready to declare this keyboard as the new “smart keyboard” of Android phones, but we are definitely excited to see what Samsung’s team can do with it.
Samsung’s Touch Screen is a great way to add some style to your Android devices, and it’s also very handy if you want a more customizable experience than the standard Google Keyboard.
We’ll be keeping an eye on this new keyboard and whether or not it’s worth the $99 price tag.
